Ready for a New Furnace? Check Your Ventilation System and AC Unit First

If you are getting ready to have your furnace replaced and you want to find the perfect unit, there are some additional things you want to do to prep for the installation.

When choosing a new furnace to install, compare the costs and ratings between different units. Consider talking with the heating and cooling professional about these details when asking about new furnace options:

• High-efficiency setting
• Power levels
• Warranty
• Wireless controls

Additionally, after your new furnace is installed, you should have two warranties for the new furnace. A manufacturer warranty, and also a service provider warranty on their work.

Check the Vents in the House

Go around and check that all the vents in the rooms of your house are open.
